Workshop 1: Citation and Digital Databases

At Raffles University, we use the APA 7th style of citation and a few open database sources. One of them is GALE Database. A citation is a formal reference to a published or unpublished source that you consulted and obtained information from while writing your research paper. A database is a systematic collection of data. Databases make data management easy.

In this workshop students will learn:
1. Definition of citation and databases used by RU
2. Example of any citation and databases
3. Practical for students to adapt
